First Pup Days ("we") operates firstpupdays.com. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. The data controller is FirstPupDays (firstpupdays.com). Contact hello@firstpupdays.com.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you sign up for our free Puppy's First 30 Days pack or newsletter. We use it to send what you signed up for and related emails; you can unsubscribe any time via the link in every email.
• Our hosting provider processes outbound offer, referring-page and country details during the click request to measure referrals.
• Analytics — usage data (pages visited, device type, page load speed) from our cookieless analytics provider, which sets no cookies. We use it to understand what content helps people. It loads only after consent where consent is required (the UK and European Economic Area), and never when we detect a Global Privacy Control signal. Our hosting provider also counts page views, the referring site, campaign tags, time on page, country, device and browser type through our own cookieless measurement. It uses a daily-changing code derived from your IP address and browser, which it does not store, and keeps the counts for about three months.

Contact messages

If you contact us, we collect your name, email, subject, message, country and submission time to answer you. Our hosting and email delivery providers process these details on our behalf.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties for their marketing.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. California residents and EU/UK visitors have additional rights under applicable law — contact us to exercise them.

We use our spam-prevention provider to help prevent automated form submissions.

We use our email service provider to manage newsletter subscriptions and send requested emails.

Our hosting provider stores contact messages in a delivery queue for up to 90 days; delivery may remove them sooner. This expiry applies to the queue, not delivered correspondence.

IP-based contact spam-limit records expire within 25 hours.

Delivered contact messages remain in our mailbox until deleted. You can request deletion through our contact page.

Subject to applicable law, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Use our contact page to exercise these rights or raise a privacy question.

Subscription records remain while you subscribe; minimal suppression records remain as needed to honor opt-outs. For every file request, including requests without follow-up emails, consent records include your email address, wording and version, page, UTC time, country and choice, and expire after two years. UK, EEA and Swiss visitors receive the files whether or not they choose follow-up emails. Unsubscribe using the link in an email, or contact us to request deletion.
